Communication strategy is a combination of all communication elements starting from the communicator to the effect (effect) received to achieve optimal goals according to Middleton in Cangara (2013: 61). In this study, the researcher wanted to raise the communication strategy in introducing tourism to the community and cultivating the ecosystem of the Gunung Anyar mangrove forest botanical garden. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy communication used in promoting / introducing Mount Anyar mangrove forest tourism to the community. In this pre-kkl research our group agreed to discuss strategies to promote mangrove forests by utilizing social media such as Instagram, besides that in our group we want to provide education to the surrounding community to understand how to care for mangrove forests and the surrounding environment.
